Greenway Cleaning has been cleaning the common areas our community since March of 2010. All I can say is WOW. What a change from the previous cleaning company we used. We have been very pleased and impressed with the weekly performance of his staff. We have also requested Greeneway Cleaning to clean our vacant apartments (make ready) units. During my time at HP ….. he continued to impress me with his dedication and professionalism. Boardwalk Investments has used Greeneway Cleaning as a contractor cleaning service since March of 2010. He currently cleans nine(9) rental properties located in Madison Wi and Sun Prairie Wi. His cleaning company has also recently begun cleaning the brand new City View student housing (40 units) and Park Place (75) units in downtown Madison. Mike and his staff do an excellent job keeping our properties looking nice. Not only does his staff take care of the common areas, but his staff also cleans vacant apartments as well as carpet shampooing along with grounds pickup. I never had a complaint as it relates to cleaning. He checks with me daily with any updates, questions, concerns which you don’t nominally find with a cleaning company. He also reports to my office any maintenance concerns with doors not locking, burnt out light bulbs, etc. We are very pleased with his services and would strongly recommend talking to him if you have a need for a rental or commercial cleaner,
